As Regional Manager France (m/f/d), you will be responsible for building our business in France, tapping into a largely untapped market and acquiring new customers. You’ll navigate long sales cycles, complex stakeholder structures, and adapt our solutions both culturally and linguistically to the local market. You’ll serve as the main point of contact on the ground while integrating seamlessly into our international organization.
Network Development: You’ll open up a largely untapped market and build a strong network by forming relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders.
Customer Acquisition: You’ll win new customers and persuasively present our solutions, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
Market Localization: You’ll adapt our products and services to meet the cultural and linguistic needs of the French market, ensuring local success.
Integration: You’ll work closely with our international team and integrate into our company structure. Despite geographic distance, you’ll ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Leadership Responsibility: Over time, you’ll build a local team and take on leadership responsibilities with the goal of establishing aedifion as a leading provider in France.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in the real estate or PropTech sector. You have a proven track record in building networks and working with international teams.
SaaS Sales Expertise: You have experience selling SaaS solutions and know how to effectively position them with customers. You understand the specifics of software products and can present them convincingly.
Real Estate and ESG Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the real estate sector and a good understanding of ESG topics. You understand how sustainability can increase property value and use this to your advantage in sales.
CRM Proficiency: You’re familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and confidently apply modern sales strategies. You use these tools to manage customer relationships and optimize sales performance.
Strong Communication: Skilled negotiator with intercultural competence. You communicate complex topics clearly and build trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
Sales-Driven Mindset: Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to identify new business opportunities. You’re motivated by challenges and approach them with structure and determination.
Languages: French is your native language, and you're fluent in English – both spoken and written – for professional communication.
