Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic VP of Sales Strategy to lead our sales efforts across France. This role is pivotal in driving our commercial success by defining and executing sales strategies that resonate with top-tier retail brands. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS, combined with strong leadership skills to inspire and empower the French sales team.

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage the national sales team, setting clear targets and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on expanding our presence among major French retailers, particularly in the luxury, fashion, and beauty sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for key clients, promoting our omnichannel payment and commerce solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members, ensuring continuous development and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and maximise commercial impact.

Who you are

  • A senior sales leader with 10+ years of experience in business development or commercial leadership, ideally in payments, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing and inspiring high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel commerce, merchant acquiring, and the French retail landscape.
  • Fluent in French and English – both written and spoken.
  • Resilient, people-oriented, and highly results-driven.
  • Able to navigate complex environments with a strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
