As part of our growth, we are currently seeking our future Group Solution Leader Digital
Experience (M/F).

Your Main Responsibilities :

As a Solution Leader Digital Experience, you will be responsible for driving our Digital
Experience solutions and, more specifically, for :

  • Defining and deploying strategies to ensure we remain relevant to our clients and
    competitive in the market.
  • Supporting sales teams during client meetings to create opportunities by
    showcasing our expertise, value proposition, and ability to support our clients’
    challenges.
  • Building relationships and engaging in lobbying efforts to generate partner leads
    while mobilizing Smile sales managers to follow through in the field.
  • Contributing to or even leading strategic RFPs within the group, along with a small
    team, to secure contracts.
  • Co-developing the marketing roadmap with the marketing manager to promote the
    brand, showcase expertise, and maximize lead generation.
  • Helping our client in their projects in leading strategic workshops.

Your Profile :

  • We are looking for a rare gem who can take ownership of our offering !
    You have at least 15 years of experience in an IT services company, digital agency or
    consulting firm.
  • All parts of Digital Experience landscape (UX, Tech, Business approachs) hold no
    secrets for you !
  • You are well-versed in Digital ExperienceI solutions available on the market.
  • You are skilled at guiding clients in their business or solution strategies.
  • You have an excellent level of English and can lead meetings with the top
    management of our European clients.
