About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to warm inbound leads, guiding prospective customers through the sales cycle, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to inbound warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions to drive conversions and renewals.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with teammates and contribute to the positive, high-energy sales culture.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce (or other CRM tools).
  • Support subscription renewals and identify upsell opportunities where applicable.

    Qualification

     

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years' previous sales experience required (inside sales, telesales, or outbound sales experience preferred).
    • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
    • C1 level in either French, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch (plus English).
    • High-energy, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
    • Customer-first mindset with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Experience working with mid-market customers and handling subscription renewals is a plus (but not required).
    • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus (but not required).
