A humble beginning
Trek grew out of one man’s belief that he could build a different kind of company. In a barn in southern Wisconsin, Dick Burke instilled the simple principles that continue to guide us today: build things that last—memories, relationships, bicycles, a brand—and leave a legacy of positive change. Today our mission is to build only products we love, provide incredible hospitality to our customers, and change the world by getting more people on bikes.

Our headquarters is in Waterloo, WI, but we have shops and offices around the globe–from Vancouver to the Netherlands, London, New York City, and everywhere in between.
