At WeMaintain, we believe smarter buildings start with the right people + tech.

Founded in 2017 in Paris, we set out to fix what was broken in building operations: outdated processes, limited data, and a system that often overlooked the people who make buildings work.

We combine AI-driven insights, in-house IoT technology, and field expertise to deliver predictive maintenance and modernisation solutions for lifts, escalators, fire safety systems, and automatic doors.

Our product ecosystem supports every stakeholder:
– An App built for engineers in the field
– A customer platform for asset managers and building owners
– A back-office system for operations teams
– And Maximize, our independent IoT monitoring solution providing predictive insights across all equipment types, brands, and models.

With this end-to-end approach, clients can optimize performance, ensure compliance, and make smarter decisions, backed by real-time data and transparent reporting.

Today, we operate in France, the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong, driven by the same mission that inspired us from day one: To empower the people behind the machines with smart tools and real autonomy, transforming traditional maintenance into seamless, data-driven operations.

🌍 Qui sommes-nous ? En 2017, après plus de dix ans dans le secteur de l’ascenseur en Europe et en Asie, Benoît Dupont constate un système figé, où la rapidité prime sur la qualité et où les acteurs de terrain sont trop souvent invisibles. Avec Jade Francine et Tristan Foureur, il fonde WeMaintain pour remettre la technologie, la confiance et l’humain au cœur de la maintenance des bâtiments. Leur ambition : redonner aux techniciens leur autonomie, s’appuyer sur une technologie IoT développée en interne, et offrir un service pensé pour les utilisateurs comme pour les clients. Présent à Paris, Londres, Singapour et Hong Kong, WeMaintain entretient ascenseurs, escaliers mécaniques, portes automatiques et systèmes de sécurité incendie. Avec plus de 300 collaborateurs, nous allions expertise terrain et pilotage par la donnée...
