Balt is the AI coworker for ESNs and staffing agencies. It lives in your Teams and Slack workspace. @mention it like any teammate and the work gets done.
It connects to 100+ tools your agency already uses and does the actual work: sources candidates, prospects new clients, books interviews, generates candidate profiles, enriches your ATS/CRM...
The more it works with you, the more it spots what should be automated and turns it into a routine. Month after month, a bigger share of your operations runs on its own.
