SENONI is a senior AI engineering practice based in the UK, delivering production AI systems end-to-end for European and British businesses.

We are not a research lab and not a generalist consultancy. We build AI products that ship, run in production, and create measurable business value — combining 15+ years of principal-level experience with an agentic, AI-accelerated delivery model that compresses timelines from quarters to weeks.

WHAT WE DO

  • AI product delivery, end-to-end: strategy, system design, data engineering, ML and GenAI, backend, frontend, evaluation and observability.
  • Agentic and GenAI systems: production-grade agents, RAG, embeddings, voice and conversational AI, integrated with your existing platforms.
  • Forecasting, causal inference, personalisation and recommendation systems at retail scale. 
  • AI platform and infrastructure on GCP / Vertex AI, Databricks, Spark and modern MLOps stacks.
  • Cross-team enablement: evaluation standards, observability, reusable patterns, mentoring.

HOW WE WORK

We deliver through a partner-led model. Each engagement is led personally by a principal-level engineer who owns the outcome — not by a project manager handing work down a chain. Our partner is supported by a vetted bench of senior contractors, so we scale with you when the work demands it, and stay lean when it does not.

We work the way modern AI products are actually built in 2026: with AI agents as co-workers, in parallel, under strict engineering discipline. This is not vibe coding for the sake of it. It is a deliberate operating model that lets a small, senior team deliver what used to require an entire squad — without losing the testing, observability, governance and business alignment that production demands.
