Why Bolt?
We believe in small autonomous teams that fully own their area. We’re living proof that lean, efficient teams from all over the globe can learn from each other and achieve great things. Who are we looking for?
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence and integrity. In other words, people who work hard, learn quickly and care about those around them. Dozens of people at Bolt started off with no relevant experience, but quickly grew into leading large teams and impacting the lives of millions of people on a daily-basis.
