Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience in sales coaching of account managers and partner account managers.
Experience with strategy and direct technical products and solutions.

Experience driving change with executive stakeholders within your own and client organizations.
Experience influencing and building effective relationships cross-functionally in a complex matrixed, multinational organization.
