As a Senior Account Manager , you'll have a key role in positioning Alma as a true business partner with our top merchants . In short, you'll be in charge of a portfolio of large accounts, with whom you'll work closely to make them successful.
You'll be arriving at the beginning of the experience. The Account Manager team was created in March 2021. There is still a lot to create! This means you'll have a key role in shaping the function.
Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will work closely with the Sales team, the Onboarding team, the Retail Training team and the Merchant Support team.
