Freshworks is seeking a Lead Account Executive to drive new business growth across French-speaking markets by selling its customer experience (CX), CRM, and IT service management (ITSM) SaaS solutions. The role owns the full enterprise sales cycle—from territory planning and prospecting to solution demonstrations, executive engagement, contract negotiations, and closing strategic deals. You will build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, develop a strong sales pipeline, collaborate with Business Development Representatives, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams, and consistently exceed revenue targets while expanding Freshworks' presence in the region.
