Our Key Account Sales team
In under a year, our French Key Account Sales team has grown from zero to six Account Executives, and we're not slowing down. This team owns some of SumUp's most important merchant relationships in France, turning outbound conversations into long-term partnerships that help small businesses get paid, manage their finances and grow. As Team Lead, you'll take the proven playbook from our Italian Key Account team and adapt it for France, giving every Account Executive the coaching, structure and support they need to hit their numbers while we scale the team further through 2026.
What you'll do
Manage a growing team of Account Executives, coaching them on pipeline strategy, deal execution and day to day problem solving
Join client and prospect meetings alongside the team to support deals and model best practice
Refine the outbound sales process, messaging and sequencing to reach the right prospects more effectively
