In the Group E-Commerce team, you should support the creation of the sales funnel, working from raw leads to sales-ready leads for the Sales teams. Coordination and management of the Telemarketing activity if there is an agency for booking appointments. Cold calling and e-mailing prospects to book appointments for the sales teams. Pitching Allianz Trade Pay solution and securing the appointment for the second meeting.
Main tasks
Daily monitoring of the appointments generated (quality, relevance to the target).
Post appointment follow up: ensuring Sales comply with Salesforce processes (meeting notes, conversion of the lead into a sales cycle on salesforce).
Categorizing leads rejected by the telemarketer (mainly for “bad contact” reasons), then searching for new relevant contacts in Cognism and recreating the lead in Salesforce while preserving the telemarketer’s previous comments.
Performance analysis (conversion rate, cancellation rate, no shows, tracking...
