We are looking for a talented Director of Sales to lead our Commercial organisation at Klaviyo. Reporting to our VP of EMEA Sales, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Sales Managers and a wider team of Commercial Account Executives across two offices (Dublin and London) and three sub-regions (Northern, Southern, and Central). This includes hiring, training, operational rigour, forecast management, performance analysis, and day-to-day coaching and talent development. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate strong deal management and AI fluency.
