JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this role, you will ensure professional client services for your assigned brand accounts. The primary purpose is to assist the Commerce Rev team by facilitating, coordinating, and executing the service components affiliated with clients (primarily growing client's Amazon Seller Central accounts).
This is a 100% remote position, but if you are in the St. Louis, Missouri area, we also have a desk for you.
Requirements
JOB DUTIES:
Management and maintenance of onboarding process and client portals
Full account management responsibility for high-growth brands/products; continuously improve brand position and grow sales
Relationship management with all departments and levels in client organizations; proactive communication hub for internal and client teams
Coordinate with creative content team to set priorities and manage project flow internally
