About the job
We are seeking a highly visible, charismatic commercial leader to scale sales in the high-risk fintech ecosystem across iGaming, FX, PSPs, EMIs, and Acquirers. This is not a back-office role, we need a leader who is active in the industry, speaks at events, builds a public presence, and already knows the full landscape of Tier-1 merchants and partners. This position will lead a growing sales organization while personally managing top global relationships.
Key responsibilities:
Build and execute the Fintech (high-risk) sales strategy.
Manage and scale a high-performance sales team (10+ people over time).
Personally close and grow Tier-1 iGaming / FX / PSP partnerships.
Deliver revenue targets:
+€20M monthly volume in 6 months
+€40M monthly volume in 12 months
Represent the company at: ICE, SiGMA, SBC, iFX Expo, Money20/20, iGB Live.
