About the job Présentation rapide : Vous onboardez les clients, maximisez leur ROI et sécurisez la récurrence (Net Retention >110%). Succès : churn <5%, upsell 20% clients annuels. Rôle : ambassadeur client interne.   Responsabilités : Onboarder les nouveaux clients (kickoff, formation équipes, premiers résultats). Suivre les KPIs clients (leads traités, CA généré, temps gagné) et alerter proactivement. Identifier opportunités upsell (nouveaux canaux, modules additionnels). Coordonner avec tech/support pour résolutions rapides.   Qualifications : 2 ans expérience SaaS B2B Customer Success. Affinité technique (compréhension APIs, CRM). Excellentes compétences relationnelles et reporting. Anglais client opérationnel.
