As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base across all our businesses, forging strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Transatel's business objectives and growth plans.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team of 15 people, to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Customer Engagement: Identify and nurture relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on IoT and MVNO industry trends and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to drive informed decisions....
