We’re partnering with Pinterest and are currently looking for a Sales Manager - French Speaker to lead and grow a high-performing team of Agency Account & Partner Managers across multiple European markets.

💡 What’s the role about?

You’ll be leading a team responsible for engaging and onboarding agency partners onto Pinterest, helping them understand the platform and set up successful campaigns for their clients.

This is a mix of people leadership, strategy, and business growth, perfect for someone who enjoys building teams, developing partnerships, and driving real impact.

🔑 What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Agency Account & Partner Managers.
• Driving agency acquisition, activation, and revenue growth
• Creating scalable onboarding and enablement programs
• Improving processes and identifying growth opportunities
• Hiring and retaining top talent
• Working closely with agencies to ensure long-term success on Pinterest

👀 What we’re looking for:

• Experience leading sales or business development teams
• Strong understanding of digital marketing / agency landscape
• Track record of hitting targets and building high-performing teams
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset and experience with CRM/reporting tools
• Someone proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
