Sales Development Representative - French

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team and help fuel our growth. As an SDR, you’ll be on the front lines: reaching out to prospects, generating interest, and booking qualified meetings for our field sales team. You know how to turn leads into conversations and conversations into opportunities. You’re comfortable owning your number, working both inbound and outbound, and consistently exceeding your meeting goals. As a strong communicator and team player, you’ll be the starting point of our customers’ journey and set yourself up for future growth at Silverfort.

This role covers the EMEA South region, with France as the primary market and Italy, Spain, and Portugal supported on an inbound basis. Direct fluency in Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese is not required, as we rely on translation tools for outreach and communication. Comfort using AI translation and outreach tools as a core part of the day to day workflow is required.

• Prospecting into target accounts by phone, email, and social, starting conversations that turn into pipeline 
• Qualifying inbound leads from digital campaigns, events, and the website into sales ready opportunities, then getting out to those same events yourself to network and sharpen your pitch face to face 
• Running cold outreach across mid-market, enterprise, and strategic accounts, uncovering the right decision makers, and using the Silverfort story to earn their time 
• Running discovery calls using the BANT methodology 
• Owning and building out your own geographical territory including research into the market, analysing what target accounts to break into and reporting to the relevant stakeholders 
• Keeping a high tempo of personalised outreach and keeping your CRM organised and up to date 
• Getting hands on with AI tools to work smarter, not just harder, and investing time in learning how 
• Levelling up your cybersecurity knowledge through sales enablement and product training 

• 1+ years' experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales rep, or a similar customer facing role 
• Passion for cybersecurity  
• Fluent French required, native-level proficiency preferred
• A track record of hitting or smashing activity and meeting targets 
• Comfortable across multiple outreach channels; calls, video, email, social 
• Genuinely curious about sales as a craft, and hungry to keep developing 
• Self starter energy. Organised, proactive, doesn't wait to be told twice 
• Sharp written and verbal communication 
• A natural at building relationships, internally and with prospective clients
