Sales Manager

• Responsibility for managing and monitoring sales activities for energy distribution solutions in international data center and process industry markets
• Identification of customer requirements and coordination of tailored technical and commercial solutions aligned with the available solutions portfolio and business strategy
• Development of trusted customer relationships, commercial negotiations, and alignment of contractual and financial terms with internal stakeholders
• Coordination of technical, financial, and risk assessments, ensuring offer traceability, CRM accuracy, and implementation of corrective actions when required
• Ownership of the handover process from commercial agreement to project execution, including preparation of all relevant documentation
• Promotion and expansion of business opportunities through prospect identification, market development, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional leadership

• Knowledge of sales and commercial negotiation techniques within technical or industrial environments
• Technical understanding of electrical engineering, thermodynamics, and mechanical systems, including applications such as turbo-generator sets
• Experience in customer-facing roles involving complex technical solutions and coordination of multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills with customers and internal partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and familiarity with AI-based tools
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered an advantage
