Senior Account Executive, London ( French Speaking)

We are looking for a bilingual, London-based Senior Account Executive fluent in French and English to lead enterprise sales efforts across France, Benelux/Francophone EMEA, and designated European territories. This market represents key strategic growth opportunities for Aerospike, and we are seeking an enterprise sales leader who can establish a strong regional presence, secure high-value new logo business, and expand strategic accounts.

This role requires a dynamic, tenacious salesperson who can engage consultatively with C-level stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, and Development/IT Operations leaders within large enterprises. The Senior Account Executive will own territory planning, prospect qualification, value-based positioning, and closing enterprise contracts for Aerospike products and services. The ideal candidate brings a proven background selling database, data platform, or cloud infrastructure solutions into French and European enterprises, with vertical familiarity in financial services, telecommunications, retail, ad tech, or gaming.

This is a direct sales role based in our London hub that requires regular face-to-face engagement and travel across France and the broader francophone territory.

Responsibilities

• Hunt to exceed target: Build focused territory and account plans for France and designated EMEA accounts, generate net-new pipeline, and consistently convert enterprise whitespace into qualified, multi-million-dollar opportunities.
• Sell business outcomes in market: Articulate Aerospike’s platform value, technical differentiation, and customer proof points into quantified business impact for both French-speaking and international technical leadership (CTOs, VP Engineering, Chief Architects).
• Multi-thread enterprise accounts: Map complex buying committees, gain access to economic buyers, cultivate internal champions, and engage the broader stakeholder ecosystem from business leaders to developers.
• Leverage the partner ecosystem: Collaborate closely with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure), global systems integrators (GSIs), and local French/European channel partners to co-sell and accelerate deal velocity.
• Lead strategic, multi-year deals: Shape large-scale transaction structures, expand workload use cases, manage value-driven commercial negotiations, and close durable multi-year enterprise agreements.
• Navigate French & European procurement landscapes: Seamlessly guide deals through European enterprise legal, procurement, data protection, and compliance frameworks, including GDPR, local data sovereignty, and regulatory mandates such as DORA.
• Execute with operational rigor: Apply structured qualification methodologies, maintain disciplined Salesforce hygiene, implement mutual close plans, forecast accurately, and proactively manage every stage of the sales cycle.
• Act as a regional brand ambassador: Deliver tailored, industry-specific pitches, represent Aerospike at regional conferences and industry events in France and the UK, and share winning playbooks across the EMEA sales organization.

Experience & Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills:

• Language capability: Full professional or native fluency in written and spoken French and English, with the proven ability to negotiate contracts, pitch technical concepts, and build executive relationships in both languages.
• Proven track record: 5–7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise field sales experience, with a consistent history of meeting and exceeding annual software revenue targets.
• Data & infrastructure background: Demonstrated success selling databases (NoSQL, SQL, distributed systems), data management platforms, enterprise infrastructure software, or high-performance data architectures into tier-1 enterprises in France and EMEA.
• Established regional network: Existing access and credibility with C-suite executives, VP/Directors of Engineering, Enterprise Architects, and IT procurement leaders across the French enterprise market.
• Technical fluency: Strong conceptual understanding of real-time data processing, distributed architectures, cloud platforms, and enterprise data stacks, allowing you to establish immediate trust with technical buyers.
• Methodology-driven sales execution: Hands-on mastery of enterprise sales frameworks (such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Challenger), with clear execution around metrics, economic buyers, decision criteria, and mutual close plans.
• Complex deal closure: Deep experience navigating protracted procurement cycles, French works councils/data privacy reviews, and complex multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Location & mobility: Based in the Greater London area with existing right to work in the UK, combined with willingness to travel regularly across France and other EMEA regions as needed.
