The Role
As an Account Executive at INFINIT, you will own new-business revenue from first contact to signed contract, working entirely from our office. You will source your own leads, run cold outreach by phone and email, deliver product demos, and close deals remotely, with no field visits.

This is a full sales cycle role. You will do the prospecting, the qualification, the demo, the negotiation and the close yourself, and show SME owners how INFINIT's AI-driven operating system transforms the way they run their business. We are looking for a self-starter with a hunter mentality, who is energised by a high-activity, phone-based sales environment and has a record of hitting and beating targets.

What do we want to achieve together?

• You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through demo, negotiation and close, with a clear monthly and quarterly revenue target.
• You will generate your own pipeline through cold calling, email and various outreach methods, and by researching and sourcing new leads in our target SME segments.
• You will deliver tailored product demos by video call, uncovering each prospect's needs and showing how INFINIT's platform solves them.
• You will build trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers over the phone and online, and handle objections with confidence.
• You will keep the CRM accurate and up to date, and forecast your pipeline reliably.
• You will work closely with Product and Customer Success to hand over new customers smoothly and feed back what you hear in the market.
• You will help refine our outbound playbook, messaging and value proposition based on what works.
  
  

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a full-cycle or inside sales role, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Demonstrated experience prospecting your own leads through cold calling and outbound outreach, and closing deals without field visits.
• Confidence delivering live product demos and running sales conversations by phone and video.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• A hunter mentality: proactive, resourceful, resilient and driven by results.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup or scale-up with evolving processes.
• An analytical mindset and attention to detail; comfortable using CRM and sales intelligence tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Operations to ensure a seamless customer handover.
