The Role

Are you a high-performing sales strategist passionate about the digital advertising ecosystem and looking for your next big career leap? We are looking for our next Sales Manager for France. This is not a traditional corporate role; it is a blank-canvas opportunity where you will have the autonomy to open, evangelize, and conquer the French market. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies, ensuring smooth communication and strategic collaboration.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to maximize business results.
3. Identify business opportunities and propose strategic solutions to drive growth.
4. Present commercial and marketing strategies to clients and agencies.
5. Lead negotiation processes and secure deal closures.
6. Oversee campaign management and provide ongoing follow-up to ensure performance.
7. Conduct market and competition analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
8. Coordinate with internal and external teams to optimize operational processes.
9. Prepare performance reports and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
10. Foster long-term partnerships with strategic clients and agencies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Advertising, or Marketing.
• +4 years of experience in sales or business development within the digital advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of digital media, programmatic advertising, and agency operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
• Well established relationships with agencies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales-related tools.
• French speaker with bilingual English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive process improvements.
