As a Customer Success Manager at Check Point, you will act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers throughout their post-sales journey. You will be responsible for driving customer value, adoption, and long-term retention by ensuring customers fully leverage Check Point’s industry-leading cybersecurity solutions.
In this role, you will build strong relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, understand their business and security objectives, and advocate on their behalf internally across Product, Engineering, and Support teams. You will lead account planning and customer engagement activities such as QBRs and regular cadence calls, monitor deployment and usage, and ensure contractual commitments are met.
