As a Channel Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence across Paessler’s global partner ecosystem. Your focus will be on ensuring partners are efficiently onboarded, fully enabled to transact, and consistently productive within our systems (PRM, CRM, LMS, and ERP).
You’ll improve systems, processes, and partner experience by optimizing workflows and data accuracy, making it easy for every partner to engage and generate revenue through Paessler’s partner programs.
YOUR TASKS
Partner Onboarding
Review and process new partner applications daily, ensuring completion within SLA.
Own account creation and validation across go‑to‑market systems such as Salesforce and Odoo.
Collaborate with Channel Sales, Legal, and Finance for documentation, compliance, and due diligence.
Maintain and continuously improve onboarding process documentation, driving automation and efficiency opportunities.
