Integrated within the Account Management organization and in close collaboration with the business and delivery teams, you will be responsible for designing and executing the global account strategy on Orange for the Telecoms perimeter in France.
You will act as the single point of contact for the client on your scope and drive the growth, performance and coordination of all activities related to this strategic account.
Your missions
Define with our team and present a strategic account plan for Orange, with concrete and measurable action plans.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Orange entities (C-Level, IT, Network, Digital, Business).
Grow Amaris / Mantu’s footprint through upsell, cross-sell, and new entity openings.
Lead or coordinate responses to RFI/RFPs and major bids with internal teams.
Identify client pain points and propose tailored end-to-end solutions using Group capabilities.
