You are responsible for our french customers and take care of all communication
You are introducing an innovating payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries
You are responsible for the training of the operational managers (remotely/on site) for our product usage
You identify possible “stumbling blocks” in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and your colleagues from other areas
You are in charge of upgrading our solution for existing clients
Through your proximity to the customer, you help to continuously improve our product and processes
Your profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of your own successful projects
A structured and clean way of working, even in stressful situations: you are used to keep several balls in the air
