Role Responsibilities
Own and scale the Slack community into a high-signal hub for builders, researchers, and operators.
Architect engagement loops to increase retention, depth of conversation, and repeat participation.
Source and manage UGC creators to produce AI-native video, short-form content, and performance-ready creative assets.
Launch and scale an affiliate and referral engine across agencies, recruiters, universities, professors, tutors, job boards, and influencers.
Run outbound partnership sprints — identify targets, pitch, close, and activate partnerships.
Convert community engagement into measurable top-of-funnel growth, attribution, and revenue impact.
Track engagement, conversion metrics, CAC signals, and partner performance; iterate weekly.
