Your Responsibilities
Conduct French chat-based conversations with potential inbound leads
Use our scripts as a foundation, but adapt your approach to the needs of each customer.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Your Profile
Proven success in chat-based sales or comparable sales experience, at least for 2 years.
Fluent French for client communication and at least conversational English for internal coordination.
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions at the same time.
