Role: Business Development Manager (European Market)

Location: Fully Remote, B2B Contract
We are hiring a BDM to drive business development and client acquisition across the European retail FX/CFD market . This is a fully remote role , open to candidates based anywhere, operating under a B2B contract (monthly salary + commission).
What you’ll do:
Lead sales efforts targeting retail clients, HNW individuals, Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, partners, and trading academies across Europe.
Leverage your existing book of business/clients to drive deposits and build long-term relationships.
Achieve a minimum net deposit target of $300k/month from sourced and managed clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the retail client base and increase trading volumes.
