About The Job As Head of Telesales , you will build and scale one of Flatpay’s key growth engines. You will lead and expand a high-performance telesales organization, transforming strong lead flow into revenue through short sales cycles, scalable processes, and outstanding team leadership. Grow the existing team (~10 people) into a high-performing telesales organization of ~40 people
Recruit, develop, and lead multiple Team Leaders managing their own teams
Establish a scalable structure that supports rapid commercial growth
Drive commercial performance and conversion
Define and manage KPIs tailored to high-velocity telesales environments
Optimize sales processes and improve conversion across the full funnel
Monitor performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
