About The Role AMER is our newest market and you're hire #2 on the ground. Outbound-heavy in year one as we build the inbound funnel. Territory split: East and West coast DTC + mid-market retail. What you'll do Carry a $1.8M ARR new-business quota Run a balanced inbound + outbound motion (60/40 outbound in year one) Co-own the AMER playbook with the VP Sales as we localise the EMEA model Quarterly customer travel (~10%). NRF, Shoptalk, CommerceNext What you'll need 5+ years closing ecom SaaS in AMER Comfort with $50K - $250K ARR deals Strong outbound chops, you can run a 50-account list end-to-end Track record selling against incumbents (Bazaarvoice, Yotpo, Stamped)
