The Senior Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and developing their portfolio, primarily composed of clients using the Dartagnan solution. The role focuses on optimizing customer satisfaction, strengthening trusted relationships, and increasing revenue by driving retention and growth within existing accounts.
As the main point of contact for existing clients, the Senior Account Manager works closely with New Business Sales, CSM, Marketing, and Product teams to align client objectives with the company’s strategic goals.
