As a Senior Account Executive, you will operate within a virtual, team-based selling environment and act as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for Minitab across your assigned enterprise accounts and territory. Based in France, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, with potential coverage across Spain.
You will own the full customer lifecycle, driving new business acquisition, account expansion, and renewals across software subscriptions, licenses, and professional services. This includes identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing and executing account and opportunity plans, and generating revenue through new logo acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, consulting, and training engagements.
You will build and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships, with success measured through customer satisfaction, Net Promoter Score (NPS), referenceability, and growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR)....
