We are seeking an experienced and driven BDR Manager to lead our global outbound efforts. This role is pivotal in strengthening our market presence and building a world-class pipeline generation engine .
You will be the architect of our prospecting strategy , a mentor to our rising talent , and a key driver of our international growth . You will be reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Your missions :
Team Leadership : Recruit, onboard, and coach a global team of BDRs. Foster a high-performing culture grounded in accountability, creativity, and collaboration.
Ecosystem-Led Outbound : Leverage our technical alliances and MDR partnership ecosystem to build contextualized campaigns. You will translate our strategic alliances into actionable messaging that resonates with specific buyer personas.
Partner Enablement Support : Design and execute “sell-with” campaigns tailored for our MDR partners....
