Trained on our Sekoia Self-Hosted platform, a fully customer-operated, Kubernetes-based security analytics solution, you'll be your customers' trusted technical liaison throughout the entire lifecycle of their on-premise deployments, including air-gapped and highly regulated environments. From initial architecture design and infrastructure sizing to upgrades, patch management, and renewal, you'll work hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers and Sales Executives to maximize value and drive expansion. Your missions: Lead pre-sales and post-sales technical workshops to define infrastructure requirements (compute, networking, storage, S3-compatible object storage) and guide customers through the deployment of Sekoia Self-Hosted on bare-metal or virtual machines.
