What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Account Director to serve as a trusted partner for key customers in Southern Europe. You will help clients achieve their business and IT objectives while ensuring the S3 Passenger platform delivers maximum value. Your focus will be on building lasting relationships, driving strategic growth, and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial & Delivery Officer, you will oversee the full customer lifecycle from onboarding and expansion to long-term partnership and renewal. You will lead the multi-disciplinary Customer Centric Team (CCT) in Paris, including Business Consultants, Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and Business Application Specialists, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes, sustainable growth, and product innovation.
