About the job
We are recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations, support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
