As a Senior Customer Success Manager in the Benelux market, you will manage your own portfolio, which includes some of the largest customers in our region. As part of the Customer Experience team, you are responsible for customer retention and for helping our clients achieve their HR business goals through the use of our products. We act as trusted advisors, staying on top of industry trends and best practices, and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. Successful team members are hands-on, demonstrate a high level of ownership, and are passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience. You will balance a high-touch, one-on-one approach with the ability to detect patterns and help cross-functional teams (Account Management, Onboarding, Product, Support, Digital Customer Experience) identify and address common bottlenecks.
