Reporting to the Head of Account Management Europe, you will manage a client portfolio on the Italian market.
Your responsibilities will include:
Participating in client onboarding
Project management and coordination with other internal departments (Implementation, Legal, Compliance, and Finance)
Organizing and leading client meetings
Assisting with contract signing
Assisting with the creation of the agent or distributor file
Assisting during the implementation phase
Participating in the follow-up of clients in production
Project management and coordination of the Client relationship:
Organizing and leading monthly/quarterly client meetings
Keeping track of and sharing the client’s news (both externally and within Treezor)
Monitoring tickets and requests to provide solutions
Working as a team and coordinating communication with the client
