Business Development Director – Nordics
Based in UK OR Europe
Our client is expanding rapidly across Europe and is seeking an experienced, high-performing Business Development Director to lead growth in the Nordic region . This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong track record in the payments or fintech space, deep knowledge of the Nordic financial ecosystem, and established relationships across banks, fintechs, PSPs, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the full sales cycle — from market mapping and prospecting to pitching, negotiating, closing, and activating clients.
Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities across key Nordic markets (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland).
