Your Role :
At the crossroads of commercial strategy and customer success, the Renewal Manager oversees the full renewal lifecycle of data center service contracts across a portfolio of EMEA markets. You’ll be joining an regional team spread across multiple markets, collaborating daily with colleagues from diverse backgrounds who share a common goal: delivering a seamless and customer aligned renewal experience. As the link between internal teams (technical, commercial, legal) and customers, you ensure a smooth, proactive, and customer-aligned renewal experience, directly contributing to revenue growth, retention, and long-term satisfaction.
