Job Responsibilities
Organize and complete market insight research in key countries, formulate business objectives by integrating market demand, product benchmarking and competitive analysis, and develop effective strategies and implementation plans.
Develop the overall business strategy, including market positioning, product pricing, channel development and partner selection, and collaborate with key country teams to formulate localized implementation strategies and action plans.
Support frontline teams in developing target channels and customers, formulate effective channel policies to achieve performance goals, conduct quantitative process management, and continuously optimize implementation effects through monthly reviews.
Summarize and refine effective models across various channels, and promote and replicate them in key overseas markets.
