Descriptif du poste 🎯 Objectifs Faire passer les   ventes d’Ezus à la vitesse supérieure 🚀   en pilotant la   stratégie d’acquisition , le   pipeline   et l’ exécution commerciale . ARR, ACV, Win Rate, Sales Cycle, Forecast Accuracy sont tes meilleurs amis. Bref : tu poses les bases d’un   moteur de croissance SaaS solide, ambitieux et international. En détails, le/la   Head of Sales   aura un rôle clé dans notre croissance notamment sur les missions suivantes : Accélérer l’acquisition (+80–100 %/an). Structurer et faire monter en puissance l’équipe Sales (SDRs, AEs, Sales Ops, Partnerships). Optimiser le pipeline, le process de vente et la conversion de leads à chaque étape du funnel de la Prospect Journey. Instaurer une culture de performance, d’apprentissage et de transparence commerciale.
