As an Account Manager, you will drive the growth of your business unit by developing client relationships, expanding strategic accounts, and connecting customers with the most suitable experts from the platform. Acting as an entrepreneur within the organization, you will manage the full commercial cycle—from identifying opportunities and negotiating contracts to overseeing project delivery and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
The role combines business development, account management, partner ecosystem management, and operational execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and operations while monitoring key performance indicators such as revenue, margins, project volume, and conversion rates. Success requires strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
