What you will do

As an Account Executive, you'll drive Ynteq's growth by expanding our client base in the French market. You'll build relationships, own the full sales cycle, and turn prospects into long-term customers - bringing our value proposition to life for manufacturers ready for a smarter way to work.

• Build and manage a recurring pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
• Conduct digital demos and sales consultations
• Close deals and drive revenue growth
• Transfer new customers to the onboarding team
• Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients
• Build industry connections to generate leads
• Pursue new business opportunities and collaborate with other teams to drive growth

What you bring

• At least 2 years in sales, including cold calling, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals
• Experience with small- to medium-sized annual contract values (€2–20k)
• A proven track record in B2B sales, SaaS, or a similar industry
• Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)
• Native-level French (written and spoken) and proficient English
• A team player who takes ownership of their work
• Results-driven, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Thrives in a start-up environment
