We are looking for a Sales Director to fullfil and exciting opportunity in our Paris office. As Sales Director Invest, you will translate that value into sustainable growth: setting the commercial direction, coaching a high-performing team and creating executive-level relationships with customers whose projects and assets demand long-term partnership.

You will: 

• Set clear priorities, expectations and operating rhythms for the Invest sales team. 
  Coach each team member on territory strategy, account planning, opportunity execution and deal progression.
• Recruit, onboard and develop strong sales talent; build succession and capability plans.
• Build and execute the segment sales strategy, aligned with regional and company priorities.
• Act as an executive sponsor on priority opportunities and accounts, stepping in where leadership can materially change the outcome.
• Own forecast quality and cadence, with clear evidence, next steps, risks and accountability.
• Drive consistent use of the sales methodology, CRM, qualification standards and account-planning practices.
• Inspect pipeline and deal health early enough to influence outcomes. 

• At least 7 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, including customer-facing roles with personal or team quota.
• At least 3 years of successful sales management or team-lead experience.
• A demonstrable record of leading complex enterprise sales cycles and delivering against revenue targets.
• Strong command of pipeline creation, qualification, forecasting, negotiation, and executive-level deal strategy.
• Experience recruiting, coaching and performance-managing sales professionals.
• University degree or equivalent relevant industry expertise.

• Collaborative leadership: you align teams around the customer and work constructively across functions and geographies.
• Selling enterprise platforms or multi-solution portfolios.
• Working with asset owners, general contractors, developers, investors, operators or infrastructure organisations.
• Understanding construction technology, common data environments, project controls or digital transformation in the built-asset lifecycle.

This is a hands-on leadership role. Success comes from setting direction and staying close enough to the team, the customer and the data to improve decisions. The Sales Director – Invest is expected to create clarity, raise the quality of execution and build a team customers trust.
