Inside Sales Representative - Channel Distribution

As a Channel Distribution Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels by developing, enabling, and managing relationships with distributors and resellers. You will cover the full Lenovo portfolio (Infrastructure, Workplace and Services).

The role focuses increasing Channel Breadth, expanding market share, and executing channel sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop joint business plans with Distributors to increase Channel breadth
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers
• Promote partner programs, incentives, rebates, and marketing initiatives.
• Support deal registration, pricing requests, special bids, and sales opportunities.
• Define & execute concrete detailed plans with Distributors
• Ensure resellers understand the company’s portfolio, value proposition, and competitive positioning.
• Work closely with marketing, product teams & operations.
• Support Distributors events across French territory, 
• Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of sales, channel sales, distribution, or account management experience.
• Experience working with distributors/indirect sales models and understanding of go-to-market strategies
• Experience in the IT, technology, hardware, software, cloud, or services industry preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and partner management skills.
• Good data base management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities in English and French.
